Lodging Complaints
The Vigilance Deptt. by way of undertaking Preventive checks , suggesting System improvements and other measures strives to contain irregularities of all kinds.
Yet, we call upon the General public and fellow Railway officials to kindly keep an eye on the unscrupulous elements, indulging themselves in corrupt practices, and come forward to report the matter to the Vigilance Cell -in person or by post or e-mail.

How to lodge Complaints:-

Complaints relating to specific acts of corruption, malpractices or general irregularities in the System should be marked "Confidential/Secret " and addressed to Dy. Chief Vigilance Officer, Chief Vigilance Officer or Adviser (Vigilance) / Railway Board whose contact details are given above.

Kindly put your signature besides furnishing your Name, complete postal address, Phone number etc. and confirm it when approached to do so as a token of authentication of the complaint.

In accordance with extant rules, action will not be taken on anonymous / pseudonymous complaints. Due care will be taken to keep the particulars of complainant confidential, if he/she so desires.
